Hi Andrew! My fiancé, Ryne, and I drove up from Orange County back in May. We had the most wonderful experience in your shop looking at the beautiful work you do. I had my heart set on a Montana sapphire, and one oval beauty in particular jumped out at me immediately. I thought I’d leave to think about it, but Ryne talked me into turning right back around before we even hit the stairs!
All that to say, we can’t thank you enough for your incredible service, knowledge, and time. Sunday Ryne proposed to me with the gorgeous sapphire (which we had set locally). Naturally I said yes, and I wanted to send you some photos…

I spent close to 6 months hunting down that perfect color Montana Sapphire. I had over 25 different potential gyms shipped to my house but none of them ever lived up to their online photos. I finally came across gemfix after reading some great things in a local blog. Online this sapphire looked like the gem I had always imagined for my beautiful bride to be, and for once, it was even better than pictured in person. My wife absolutely loves her ring, says its better than anything she ever dreamed of. My wife got singled out at every wedding show/party/event we went to. We always hear compliments about how amazing the cut and color is and how its unlike any they have seen before. Even had a jeweler say its more beautiful than anything they offer. My favorite thing about this unique sapphire is it’s ability to change colors. Most of the time it appears teal in color, but it can also appear blue/green/purple/silver depending on the lighting.

You’ve been so helpful, i wanted to send you a picture of the stone we purchased from you a couple of months ago. My now fiance proposed last week while we were on vacation in Monterey, California. It was a complete surprise.
Here are pictures of the ring. Its set in a simple 6 prong platinum setting, exactly what i wanted. so far, i’ve seen sky blue, marine blue, periwinkle, silver, light green, and its only been 5 days!
