Description:
The Butterfly ring was made for Lori, to symbolize endurance, hope and life. The center sapphire is a 1.33ct "Roulette' cut deep-medium blue sapphire with lots of flash and sparkle. The sapphire is set with open sides which allow a lovely side view of Andrew's beautiful faceting, from table to culet. The butterfly is often regarded as a spiritual symbol for life after death, a symbol for resurrection, because of its metamorphosis. Lori suffered from Lupus and sadly passed in December 2017. Her husband Ken gave his permission for her ring to be shown here, and would donate any gift certificate to benefit the Lupus foundation.
